Is LegitCheck free?

What can I upload?
Paste any text, or attach up to 4 files per scan — PNG, JPG or WEBP screenshots and PDFs up to 4 MB. You can also paste a screenshot straight from your clipboard.
How accurate is the result?
LegitCheck is trained to spot the patterns scammers rely on, but no tool is perfect. Treat the result as an informed second opinion and always verify with the company directly, using contact details from its official website.
Do you keep what I upload?
No. We don't store your scans. Your text and files are sent securely to our AI provider only to produce your result.
What should I do if it's a scam?
Don't pay anything and don't share your ID, bank details or OTPs. Stop replying, report the account or post on the platform where you found it, and report it to SAPS. If you've already paid, contact your bank straight away.
